DURANT, OK – Choctaw Nation of Oklahoma breaks ground for The Haven, a multi-family development located at 3625 S. Ninth Avenue in Durant, OK near Choctaw Nation headquarters and the Choctaw Casino & Resort.
Present at the groundbreaking ceremony was Patriot Development & Construction who has been awarded the first phase of the project consisting of six, three-story apartment buildings that will make up 216 units. The Haven will have up to 1,000 total units and possible single-family housing in future phases. The first phase of the project will also include a clubhouse, an outdoor pool and an outdoor playground and is projected to be completed by June 2024.
