QuikTrips’ initiative is to put kitchens in all stores includes changing the layout of their stores to the next-gen models (tearing stores down and building in the same location and building new stores with kitchens inside). The Generation 3 store includes two front doors, a larger QT Kitchen area, room for more liquor and a specialty hot and cold drink and ice cream area staffed by baristas.
